We sell digital will‑writing services. We are not a law firm. We provide information, templates and tools so you can prepare your own will. Complex estates may need personal legal advice – you are responsible for seeking this if required. WhoGetsWhat is a subsidiary of Thomas Bradley & Co, prices for WhoGetsWhat may differ from Thomas Bradley due to the differences in how the services are delivered.

1.4 Payments & refunds

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are taken securely by our payment partner. We offer a 14‑day "No‑Stress" money‑back guarantee. To request a refund, email info@WhoGetsWhat.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.

1.5 Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, code and trademarks) belongs to WhoGetsWhat or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you must not copy or sell our content without permission.

1.6 Things you must not do

You must not:

  • break the law while using the Site;
